The Process
- Simply, register your details with us online and we will set you up with an online account and provide you with a secure URL to access the service from,
- Post your vacancy(ies) online,
- Our system will then start to match your vacancy requirement against our candidate database of 3000 candidates,
- We then assign a recruitment advisor to verify the selections match your vacancy requirement,
- Each candidate is then pre-screened to make sure they are available, and allow us to forward their CV on for the advertised vacancy,
- The shortlist (approx. 5 CV's) are emailed to you for review,
- Approx. 24 to 48 hours later we then contact you to discuss the shortlist. If you require more CV's then we send through some more, if not, we can then arrange interviews,
- We set the interview up with the candidate on your behalf and brief them on the role and interview process,
- We contact you within 24 hours after the last interview to see if you want to take any of the candidate(s) onto the next stage,
- We liase with the successfull candidate and provide them with joining instructions.
