Simple Fee Structure

Our contract resourcing fees are completely transparent. You can be sure that the fee we charge is completely standardised. It is common practice for agencies to 'negotiate' fees with a new customer. The negotiation process is usually started with a high fee and discounts are reluctantly given until a figure is agreed. This agency approach ensures that fees remain as high as possible in order to maximise profit, often without quantifiable return. QAIST Recruitment believe in charging flat, no nonsense fees that ensure you receive value for money and don't pay more for a recruitment service than is necessary. Our fair fee structure helps us to establish long-term customer relationships.

We charge you a flat fee per candidate per month throughout the contractor's assignment period.

Standard Fee: £175.00 per month throughout the contract period

Our standard recruitment fee applies to vacancies worked on in competition with another recruitment agency, recruitment business or job board.

Discounted Fee: £125.00 per month throughtout the contract period

Our discounted recruitment fee is subject to us being given the opportunity to work on a vacancy for five working days without the involvement of another recruitment agency, recruitment business or job board. Please note: a customer is at liberty to approach other recruitment consultancies after the five day period has elapsed should it be felt necessary, but our discounted recruitment fee remains the same and does not increase to our standard fee.

Exceptional Rebate Promise and Aftercare

We offer a 100% rebate promise that spans a full 2 week period. Should someone we place leave your company within their first 2 weeks of service, we will refund your fee in full, or deliver the entire recruitment process again delivering an uncompromised service level. Very few placements we make result in an early resignation or a customer's decision to bring employment to an abrupt close. If, however, the early stages of employment don't go to plan, we offer our full support.

Compare our fees: Savings of around 60% on our Standard Fee are typically experienced by our clients when the contract period is more than 3 months and the candidate renumeration is approx. £300 per day.
