We are offering IT recruitment agencies an alternative service in providing them with a low-cost solution in fulfilling their vacancy requirements. We currently hold a candidate database in excess of 4000+ candidates across a broad range of IT roles both looking for permanent and contract based roles across the UK.

Why use this service?

Expanding your opportunity to fulfill vacancies must be a good thing? We are offering you the opportunity to match our registered candidates who are seeking work opportunities with vacancies that you are looking to fulfill without you having to spend time, effort and additional costs.

We are usually able to match candidates with vacancies from our own candidate database, however, we this is not possible, then we will advertise the vacancy (at no cost to you) on a number of related job boards.

Once we have a suitable short-list of candidates (usually 3) we will provide you with their CV's to forward on to your end-clients. If your client then wishes to proceed forward with the candidate and offer them a position, we then charge you a finders fee for introducing the candidate to you.

You manage the relationship with your client, and we manage the candidate.
