Agency Fee Structure

For contractor based roles we will charge a finders fee of £45.00 + VAT payable once the candidate has commenced the assignment.

For permanent based roles we will charge a fee of £99.00 + VAT, payable once the candidate has commenced the assignment.

We will manage the entire recruitment process on your behalf, ensuring that the candidate is suitable for the vacancy, available to work, obtained references where appropriate and their right to work in the UK. We then pass on a short-list of candidates (usually 3) for you to review and pass onto your clients as if they were your candidates.

At all times, you manage the relationship with your client; we will never get involved nor approach the client directly. We manage the candidate relationship, obtaining approved timesheets and paying them. We will invoice you for their time worked on a monthly basis, providing you with their timesheets weekly.
